Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Introduction
Welcome to SMEplify – your B2B digital marketplace for trusted business solutions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SMEplify platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
By using SMEplify, you confirm that you are a business representative or entity legally able to enter into binding contracts.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access vendor or customer features. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of your account information.
4. Marketplace Role
SMEplify is a facilitator. We provide a platform for vendors and customers to connect, transact, and manage services. We are not a party to the contract between buyer and seller.
5. Orders and Payments
Transactions are processed through our secured payment gateways. SMEplify may charge commission or fees per listing, subscription, or transaction.
6. Refunds & Disputes
Disputes must be raised within 7 business days from delivery. We may mediate but do not guarantee outcomes.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. No misuse, reverse engineering, or reselling is permitted.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies or engaging in misconduct.
9. Liability
SMEplify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by the customer in the past 3 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
SMEplify values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data under Singapore’s PDPA.

Vendor Agreement
This agreement outlines the obligations and rights of vendors on the SMEplify platform.
1. Vendor Onboarding
Vendors must provide accurate company and product/service information. All applications to onboard as a vendor are subject to SMEplify’s review and must meet SMEplify’s stringent requirements. SMEplify reserves the sole right and final authority to approve or reject any vendor’s onboarding application, at its absolute discretion.
2. Product Listings
All listings must be lawful, accurate, and not infringe intellectual property rights.
3. Order Fulfilment
Vendor is solely responsible for timely and complete fulfilment of orders.
4. Pricing & Commission
SMEplify may charge a listing or sales commission. Vendors will be informed prior.
5. Dispute Handling
Vendor must cooperate in good faith during dispute resolution.
6. Intellectual Property
Vendor retains rights to content but grants SMEplify a license to display, market, and promote listings.
7. Termination
Breach of agreement may result in removal from the platform.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to:
- Use the platform in compliance with laws
- Avoid posting harmful or misleading content
- Refrain from attempting to exploit, hack, or spam the system
- Not list illegal or restricted goods/services
Reseller Disclaimer
SMEplify partners with selected solution providers. Some products/services on the platform are resold under license or authorized partnership agreements.
While SMEplify facilitates purchase and support, the underlying service or warranty may be provided by the original vendor.
